Welcome to Figure Painter Magazine issue 36.

We have some great stuff for you this issue, including unboxing reviews of miniatures from Aradia, H&V, Nutsplanet, Parallax and Pedro Fernández Works. We also talk to Matt DiPietro and Renata Jansen, whose work many I’m sure will be blown away by. The focus of this issue’s Insight is none other than Andrea Iula from Pegaso Models. Figure Painter Magazine #35 released

Welcome to issue 35 of figure Painter Magazine.

We kick off with a an Insight Interview with a really cool guy, Raffaele Picca of Massive Voodoo and Forged Monkey fame. We also chat to Adam Rosenblum about his company Parallax; their game and recently successful crowd funding campaign. We also check out some pretty impressive Ice and Snow products from Krycell.

We review miniatures from Demented Games, MindWork Games, BrokenToad, Deadsculpt, Nutsplanet & Arena Rex. The Golden D6 issue #3 released

Ironwatch issue 44 is now available

For those that like to sit back with a good gaming magazine and see what sort of fun articles are inside, this is a good story for you. The latest issue of Ironwatch (which is issue 44, for those of you keeping score) is now available for your downloading and reading pleasure.

In this issue they have the regular sections in the form of the Iron Forge and the Mantic Calendar. After that, look into Star-Struck City, the game created by Ironwatch, themselves. The Golden D6 Issue 2 released

Gamers, so I’ve found, don’t tend to be early-morning people. I, however, am an early-morning person. I get up at 4:30am without the use of an alarm clock. I get to the office at a little after 6am. This means that, on game days, I would often get to the LGS a lot earlier than everyone else. That left me a lot of downtime. Such time is perfect for reading a gaming magazine. With that segue, I give you the 2nd issue of The Golden D6.

So what do they have for this sophomore effort? Well, there’s a tutorial on how to paint blue armor from Shizune Paints. There’s a deeper look at Bolt Action by the folks at Allied Wargaming. For those that like battle reports, there’s a Warmachine/Hordes one. Add custom decals to your Imperial Knight. Create dungeon terrain. All that and more.

Figure Painter Magazine Issue 31 - Out Now !

I actually painted something recently! Crazy, right? Granted… all I did was paint the tops of my Betrayal at Calth troop bases. Ultramarines got Ultramarine Blue (yes, I still have a pot that’s called that. Citadel Paint is bulletproof) and the Word Bearers got Blood Red. Since they’re all Marines, I needed a quick and easy way to tell the difference while playing. So… really, it wasn’t much in the way of painting. But if I were going to really get into painting, I’d want to look over Figure Painter Magazine for tips and pointers. Issue 31 also just came out.

This issue contains such articles as reports from shows in Hussar, Monte San Savino, and Chicago (plus others). Along with that, they review models from RP Models, FeR Miniatures, NutsPlanet, and Big Child. If you want to make sure you get the right paint for you, check out the review of WarColours new range. Of course, there are plenty of tutorials from painters such as Adrian Hopwood, Justin McCoy, and Donald Johansson.

The Campaigner Issue 13 released

The 13th issue of The Campaigner is now available for your downloading and reading pleasure. And no, you don’t have to worry about the 13th issue being haunted or anything. Besides, that’d be October-type stuff, and it’s still only September.

This issue they look at El Luchador Fantastico Grande, including an interview with game desinger Al Caynes. Den of Imagination’s Dariusz Piotrowski talks about what it takes to run a professional miniature painting studio. There’s a bit from the convention that was AVCon 2015. All that and more. The Campaigner : Special HeroQuest Issue !

In this very special issue, The Campaigner celebrates the 25th anniversary of HeroQuest.
