Zombicide Survivors

So, ever wondered who is who during a game of Zombicide? A lot of them are probably very well known, but not all of them are as obvious as others. So here's my effort to clear things up:

Season 1 Promo Survivors:

No way? This is supposed to be the "Bride" from Kill Bill?
Yes, because she used to look like this!
This is Jules???
Yup. Another one that had to be changed...

Also included in Gaming Night Kit #1

Season 2 Promo Survivors:

Season 3 Promo Survivors:

Lost his tie, just like Jules from S1, and different hair colour as well. Some think he might also be Val Kilmer in "Heat" or even Brad Pitt in "World War Z", but the face is Travolta imho :)

Gaming Night Kits Promo Survivors:

For Kyoko from Gaming Night #1, see top of list!

Gaming Night Kit #2

Gaming Night Kit #3

Gaming Night Kit #4 (seems to be exclusive to France)

The Base game survivors aren't pop culture characters, although it is speculated that some are based on or inspired by characters (but not necessarily a spitting image), such as:
Doug the Office Guy - Michael Douglas as William Foster in Falling Down
Goth Amy - Pauley Perrette as Abby Sciuto in NCIS
Josh the Thug - Aaron Paul as Jesse Pinkman, Breaking Bad
Phil the Cop - Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes in Walking Dead
Wanda the Waitress - Ellen McElduff as Wanda June in Maximum Overdrive
Crazy Ned - George Romero

The Artist boxes aren't based on any existing pop culture characters, but designed by the artists themselves.

Seasons 1 and 2 had pledge levels where you could become a zombie or even a survivor. Here's a few of them:

And finally a few spoilers!! Warning!

So, was this a teaser for S4? Or a hoax?

  2. Nice job indeed! Many thanks!

Though I would add Season 1's Doug to this page: he IS the spitting image of Michael Douglas in Falling Down, not just "based on" :-)

  4. Awesome - pretty sure Dakota is Pamela Anderson as Barb Wire.

  5. Ned is actually based on Alan Moore. They bloody smiley face button on his clothes is a homage to the Comedian's bloodied button from the books.
